Swans Class Outdoor Learning

8th October 2017

On Wednesday, Swan class began their Outdoor Learning sessions. They investigated the nature area with enthusiasm, even finding a fox cub. Some of the class chose to climb trees, while others tried their hand at shelter building.

Some pupils from Herons class went to Snibston Woods this week on a mini beast hunt. They found bugs by using dustpan and brushes and nets to sweep the grass, shaking trees onto a cloth and exploring under logs. They had a nature ramble and still found time to have a picnic and collect conkers.
