Supporting Children and Adults Mental Health

Supporting your child's mental health has never been so important. These are challenging times for everyone and such things as lack of interaction and not getting out can effect children's mental health.

If we are to effectively support them we need to ensure we are looking after our own mental health. That means trying to recognize when to take breaks and recognising the signs in our children and ourselves. None of these things are easy given the pressures parents are under.

Below are just some resources and links to help support you and your child moving forward. For full details are more resources please click here to go to our Supporting Mental Health section.

Please do remember we are here if things are becoming difficult and please do not hesitate to contact us through the school office by phone 01530 832608 text 07786 207779 or email office@allsaints-coalville.leics.sch.uk. Any one of our Health and Well Being Team will be happy to give you a call back to see how we can support your child.
